For today´s look I have chosen some of this Spring-Summer season’s trends (ethnic style, gladiator sandals and a fringe skirt).
White fringe skirt from SFERA and ZARA belt.
Gladiator sandals from ZARA.
From one outfit create different styles by changing accessories, adding a belt, necklace, sandals or different bag.
Ethnic style or a little more sophisticated with this bronze bag from BIMBA Y LOLA and wedge sandals.
What do you think of today’s look? Have a great sunday!
A few days ago we told you about our visit to Casa Decor
and here is my look from that day.
Although this week the weather has changed dramatically and the temperature is now around 34 degrees, a few weeks ago the weather required a jacket and long pants.
Favoring these colors, light blue, yellow, white and gold.
A white shirt that combines with everything is always a nice option, this one is from Suite Blanco.
Skinny elastic pants in light blue, ZARA.
Yellow jacket with black borders by Suite Blanco.
Yellow bag, ZARA.
Comfortable shoes for a non-stop day, UNISA gold colored wedges.
Send us your favorite looks. Thanks for your comments!! 🙂
As we talked about a few weeks ago, stripes are one of the trends for this Spring- Summer season.
Navy has invaded the catwalks as well as the streets and shops. You can find jackets like this one with blue nave stripes and white in a variety of versions.
I chose this long jacket from Stradivarius that combines easily with jeans, beige colors, white, black and offers many possibilities.
With one piece of clothing, you can create various looks, more casual or dressed up, depending on the type of shoes and accessories.
Shoes from ZARA.
Wedges from UNISA.
Scarf from MISSONI and necklace with my initial personalized by Be a Princess Jewelry.
Bracelet from Pippa and Jean, the German jewelry firm that has just arrived in Spain.
A more comfortable sporty look with a Neverfull by Louis Vuitton and sneakers by ZERO CENT CINQ.
One of the Spring-Summer trends is ethnic style. We have already seen this trend with clothing, decoration, art. In fashion the key characteristics are intense colors, frayed fabrics and fringes. Often fabrics or materials from Africa and India.
We suggest this look with an ethnic pull over in burgundy, black and white, with some fringe. (ZARA)
Combined with a black leather skirt, this mix of clothing gives a different touch to the outfit. (ZARA)
Beige wedges. (ZARA)
Bag also in beige. (The Lunch Bag)
Black sunglasses. (Jimmy Choo)
These photos were taken in the garden of the College of Architects of Madrid (COAM) C/Hortaleza, 63 Madrid.
Inside the COAM garden there is an Italian restaurant, Bosco de Lobos, with a bar and outdoor terrace.
What do you think of this look? Do you like ethnic style?
On the occasion of the upcoming FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014, Encuentros Bazar organized a special event, Wednesday, May 28th at the Embassy of Brazil in Madrid. This was second event we attended organized by Encuentros Bazar. The first was last month with designer Guillermina Baeza which we wrote about in an earlier post.
The twentieth edition of the World Cup, will take place between June 12 and July 13, and will be the second time this sporting event takes place in Brazil.
We had the opportunity to talk with Ambassador Paulo César de Oliveira Campos about sports, tourism, fashion, and gastronomy, and his love for Madrid.
The ambassador wanted to emphasize that visitors to Brazil for the World Cup should be aware that Brazil is much more than Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. Less well known places such as Praia de Pipa, Chapada Diamantina, San Miguel, Jericocoara and Trancoso are well worth a visit.
The ambassador also highlighted the quality of life in Madrid, the fact Madrid is well connected, with great transport and infrastructure, parks and gardens, cultural and leisure offerings, excellent restaurants, making Madrid a very pleasant city in which to live.
The Brazilian Embassy is located in a classical town house in the elegant Almagro district of Madrid, and retains antique furniture.
My look for the event, a white blazer by Mango, a blue dress by Zara, bag by Bimba y Lola and Jimmy Choo sandals.

Often we associate colors to a season, black for winter, white for summer, like fluorine ringtones.
This winter more than ever, wearing white is the fashion, from coats, jackets, sweaters, dresses to skirts.
