Starting with markets for charity like the Carmen Lomana market that donates her clothes and the procedes of the event goes to local soup kitchens. Moda Shopping Center this Saturday, Sept. 7 at 11 – 21h. At the corner of Paseo de la Castellana 95.
Molly Market supports talent development in design, art, decoration, music, fashion and gastronomy. From Dec. 7th at 11am to Sunday Dec. 8th at 3pm in COAM Calle Hortaleza, 63. Here you can find original presents for the holidays and support small shops and local artesans. Besides the exhibitors, Molly Market dedicates a booth to charity. This year the market has collaborated with the charity Saharaui Aminetu Haidar, the Madrid food aid, and Isabel Gemio Foundation.
Fernando Alonso Collection. An exhibition of the sporting career of the double world champion of Formula 1. Find trophees, karts, cars and other objects from the private collection of Fernando Alonso. Until the 5th of January the exhibition will be at the Canal Art Center. Workshops and education activites are also offered. Monday to Thursday from 10am to 9pm. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 10am to 10pm. General entrance price 7 euros and reduced price 3,5euros.
Terry O’ Neill The face of legends. An exhibition of 62 images in black and white of music groups like the Beatles, Rolling Stones, actors and models. At the Telefonica Foundation until January 12th. Second floor. Free entrance.
Stop to eat at the Galician Shellfish Fair in the old Madrid North train station (Príncipe Pío) next to San Vicente, until Sunday, Dec. 8th. Open from 12pm to 4:30pm and from 7:30pm to midnight, free entrance.
Finally an activity for children. Dabadum, Children’s and Family fair.In the Ifema fairgrounds until December 8th. A large covered space to enjoy with the family. Offering shows and educational activities. For families with children up to 12 years old. Family pass 25 euros, individual entry 8 euros.
