Only three months ago this amazing restaurant opened and is now one of the hot spots in the city. From the same owners as Le Cocó and El Columpio, Esteban Arnaiz and Aynara Menchaca, Random is a totally different concept to any other restaurant.
Different decoration that transports the diner to the coolest places in London. Interior designer, Juan Luis Medina and his team Madrid in Love did an impressive job. The space is divided into various areas: Terrace with outdoor dining, Anónimo the downstairs private lounge, and the upstairs restaurant all decorated with eye-catching style.
Heading up the kitchen is Dani Rodríguez, who previously worked at well known restaurants as El Bulli, Aqua Nueva, Pizarro, Arabica Bar & Kitchen o Hispania London. Juan Rioja is the executive chef who was also in charge at restaurants Le Cocó and El Columpio.
International market cuisine with touches of fusion. We recommend you start with the Tartar of butter fish and fried prawns with mustard and sumac sauce and try Huitlacoche prepared in an unusual way.
Main courses: try the grouper prepared with garlic and fresh vegetables. Also we recommend trying the delicious Bulgogi a Korean dish of streak prepared with savory flavours and textures.
And for dessert, try the Tartufo negro, a bizcocho with pistachio or the rice with cream.
Downstairs there is a private club called Anónimo that you can only enter with a password. Dark light and chic style for after work and evening drinks. You can order gourmet tapas, cocktails and premium drinks. Random is more than a restaurant, a place to thoroughly enjoy an evening out.
